“I sadly had my elderly horse put to sleep earlier this week, and was very pleased with the way in which John dealt with the situation. He briefed me fully and sensitively to the process, and dealt with me and my horse in a very professional and kind manner. This is very important at all times, but especially in this type of situation. This reflects my experience of the input I have had from all the staff at Cotts, although predominantly it has been John that has been involved, both in routine and urgent care over the last 5 years. Many thanks especially to John and to you all.”

“I am lucky to have an amazing local vet who recommends Cotts Farm for their expertise. I have had two horses treated a Cotts. One my elderly horse Prince over Christmas 2009, where although the final out come wasn’t good, he was cared for over the Christmas holiday period in a sympathetic and kind way. Even though it was the holiday period the vets couldn’t have done more for him. Over the last 6 months my new mare Amber has been treated for back problems by Richard and Shaun, who have been absolutely brilliant. Richard has also corresponded with the insurers to ensure that I was fairly treated by them. I am happy to say that I am now able to ride Amber again, a totally happy - and I must admit, unexpected - outcome. Thank you all at Cotts for your professionalism and for going the extra mile for me.”
