“Customer service at Cotts is fantastic, everyone was helpful and kept me updated every step of the way. Thank you. The vets are fantastic, Richard who treated my horse was great he kept me up to date with everything and its great being able to contact your vet direct to his mobile by text or call, I’ve never had that anywhere else where the vet is happy to talk to you direct. The set up at Cotts is great, easy parking with plenty of space and huge stables for the horses. Yes I love the website, the best section for me is looking at recent surgeries - it’s very interesting. I couldn’t have asked for a better service from my experience with my boy at Cotts. Right from the start everyone was helpful, friendly and had the time of day to talk and explain things to me. I was kept up to date on every step of my boy’s stay by text and phone. I would go to Cotts due to the expertise provided and the friendly staff. The vet bill was a bonus! Less than half the price I was expecting. Thank you so much to everyone at Cotts for making what could be a stressful and worrying time for me and my boy to a stress free experience.” 13 March 2012 23:29
