“Having visited many equine vet hospitals as part of a transport business, I was refreshed to find a team that listened, were non patronizing, knowledgeable and friendly, but also to the point. Many hospitals seem to hide things and are the complete opposite. It was also refreshing to see staff who were positive about their handling of horses and not wishy-washy and quick to grab a gadget or a jab, these methods often give short term effect but often lead to longer term problems… Brilliant, really professional... I wish you were my local vet, I would feel so much more confident, especially when big decisions have to be made.” 14 January 2011 18:29
