4/8/10: Client evening numbers falling
Numbers of clients taking advantage of our free client evening lecture series dwindled significantly earlier this year, possibly owing to a combination of worse weather and a perception of having seen it all before last year. All the talks were changed this year, some new topics and speakers introduced, but nonetheless interest has certainly fallen and numbers are at an all time low of 10 to 15 per evening.

Our plans for winter 2010/11 include running just one evening per month, which will reduce the subjects tackled. We also aim to make the evenings more interactive and /or practical ‘hands on’, which could limit numbers able to attend. Perhaps you can think of subjects which need attention and which haven’t been covered as you would like. But don’t let us decide. The evenings are for you, our clients, to keep in touch, to keep up to date and, frankly, to get some free veterinary advice.

Please have your say and tell us what you would like to see in 2010/11! Our online customer feedback form is just a click away, where you can make comments and suggestions, anonymously if you prefer, on this or any other aspect of our service. Alternatively, email or write to us.
