The hospital runs a commercial laboratory, available both in house and to referring vets from elsewhere. We offer same day analysis and reporting of most samples, including bloods, and microscope analysis of joint, respiratory and other fluid samples. This is also available at weekends and bank holidays by arrangement.
We run a wet chemistry analyzer for serum biochemistry, blood gas measurement, electrolytes and lactate, glucose and serum amyloid A measurement. We offer full differential haematology and urine analysis.
We also offer a secondary interpretation service for samples which have been analyzed elsewhere.
