Adam is Pembrokeshire born and bred. After completing his full apprenticeship in Cheltenham and attending Warwickshire college. Adam then worked as a full-time farrier in Welshpool for 2005 farrier world champion, Mr Jim Blurton, and alongside Mr Ian Hughes at Leahurst university in Liverpool.

Adam travelled part of the world working alongside various farriers in different parts of the world and shows a very keen interest in therapeutic and remedial shoeing, often attending CPD clinics and organising CPD clinics here at Cotts equine.

Outside of work, Adam enjoys time with his family and the odd rugby match.
