After graduating from the University of Bristol with a physiology degree, Claire then studied veterinary medicine at the University of Edinburgh.

She started her career in a large ambulatory equine practice in Buckinghamshire, before undertaking an internship at Rainbow Equine Hospital in Yorkshire.

Claire then spent a year in South Africa pursuing her other passion - wildlife conservation. On returning to the UK, she returned to Devon, where she grew up, and has spent the last 3 years in ambulatory equine practice with her trusty Labrador companions Sava and Chennie, who enjoy getting out and about on visits and meeting clients.
