Cotts Equine Hospital is a purpose-built, state-of-the-art Equine hospital. We offer the highest standard of veterinary care, providing both 24/7 ambulatory first-opinion and referral services 365 days per year.
Graham and John founded Cotts in October 2005 as an exclusively equine, practice-based near Narberth in Pembrokeshire, West Wales. We opened our purpose-built hospital in March 2008, and 2 years later, we became Wales’ first, and only, RCVS-accredited Equine Hospital.
Since then, we have gone from strength to strength and now have an additional two clinics in Cowbridge and Swansea covering the M4 corridor. Our experience and multi-disciplined team include 2 board-certified specialists and 3 RCVS certificate holders.

Zone Days
At Cotts, we offer Zone Days, where routine work can be booked at a vastly reduced rate (there is no visit charge for four or more horses on a yard). All payment for routine work must be received at the time of visit for this service. Check your postcode on the maps below for full details of when our vets are in your area, but if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
